Unlike traditional ghost kitchen operators, Sciallami enabled restaurant chains to expand their delivery and take-away presence at zero cost, while retaining direct access to consumer data — the critical intelligence that major delivery platforms deliberately withheld from operators. It allowed consumers to order from multiple brands simultaneously, delivered in a single delivery.Presented at MAPIC Italy 2021 and selected for SMAU Berlin 2022, the platform attracted brands including I Love Poké, Mama Burger, and La Filetteria Italiana. It received coverage in Corriere della Sera, Milano Finanza, Mark-Up, and Startup Italia, establishing Michele Ardoni as a reference figure in Italy for ghost kitchen and virtual franchising innovation. The company was successfully exited in 2023.
