I Love Poke is Italy’s first poke chain, established in October 2017 in Milan. The brand has rapidly expanded, boasting over 170 locations across more than 100 cities in Italy, with a workforce exceeding 700 employees. I Love Poke emphasizes a healthy and versatile lifestyle, offering customizable bowls made from seasonal ingredients to cater to various dietary preferences, including vegan and vegetarian options.
In my capacity as an external advisor for I Love Poke, I played a pivotal role in scaling the business from its initial 5 stores to an impressive 180 locations. My responsibilities encompassed facilitating relationships with investors and media outlets, thereby enhancing the brand’s visibility and attracting investment opportunities. Additionally, I provided strategic guidance in constructing and optimizing supply chain processes, ensuring efficient operations and consistent quality across all outlets.
Through these efforts, I contributed to establishing I Love Poke as a prominent and innovative leader in Italy’s fast-casual dining sector.
