Poseidon Group is a UK-based real estate investment, development, and asset management company, established in 2001. The group operates across Southeast Europe, with significant projects in Serbia under the “Capitol Park” brand, focusing on retail parks that combine international and local tenants. Their developments have played a crucial role in modernizing the retail infrastructure of the region.
In collaboration with Poseidon Group Serbia, I provided external advisory services focused on identifying opportunities and proposing strategic solutions for their retail projects. My role included proposing potential tenants for food and beverage spaces within their developments, negotiating agreements, and advising on the optimal tenant mix to enhance the appeal and performance of their retail spaces. This was not a continuous or subordinate collaboration but rather an external partnership based on specific initiatives I identified and proposed to the company. Through this role, I contributed to the successful realization of Poseidon Group’s strategic goals in the Balkan region.
