Our session, titled “Ghost Kitchen and Food Delivery for Hospitality: I Love Poke – From 7 to 70 Locations in 1 Year, Despite the Pandemic, Becoming a European Leader,” delved into the transformative impact of ghost kitchens and virtual franchising on the foodservice industry.
