As an advisor for the Stadion Shopping Mall in Belgrade, I contributed to the development and strategic positioning of this unique retail and entertainment destination, which stands out for its innovative integration of a football stadium on its rooftop. My role focused on supporting the commercialization of retail spaces, particularly in the food and beverage sector, and facilitating the engagement of local and international tenants.
Leveraging my expertise in retail development, I provided guidance on optimizing tenant mix to ensure a diverse and attractive offering that catered to a broad demographic. Additionally, I advised on creating a modern and engaging food court concept, aimed at enhancing the overall customer experience and increasing foot traffic within the mall.
