Their menu includes items like steamed baskets, artisanal dumplings, and salads made from pesticide-free, vertically farmed greens. The restaurants feature open kitchens, allowing guests to observe the steam-cooking process, and are committed to sustainability and positive environmental impact.  In 2022, I joined That’s Vapore as an advisor and partner. In this capacity, I have been actively involved in refining the business model, optimizing the supply chain, and conducting competitor analysis to enhance the brand’s market position.
