In 2022, I relocated to Poland on behalf of international investors with the objective of developing a scalable foodservice chain in the local market. During this time, I utilized my expertise in market research, strategic planning, and operational execution to design and implement a business model tailored to the region’s unique demands. My responsibilities included evaluating and selecting real estate opportunities, analyzing the competitive landscape, and establishing a supply chain network to ensure operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness. The brand emphasizes nutritionally balanced dishes prepared with seasonal ingredients, offering customizable options to cater to individual preferences. Their menu includes items like steamed baskets, artisanal dumplings, and salads made from pesticide-free, vertically farmed greens. The restaurants feature open kitchens, allowing guests to observe the steam-cooking process, and are committed to sustainability and positive environmental impact.  In 2022, I joined That’s Vapore as an advisor and partner. In this capacity, I have been actively involved in refining the business model, optimizing the supply chain, and conducting competitor analysis to enhance the brand’s market position. Cremonini Group: Street Food Format with Montana

Starting in 2009, in collaboration with Montana, a brand under the Cremonini Group specializing in high-quality beef and processed meat products, I spearheaded the development of the Area Spanino format through my company, Area Consumer. This innovative approach catered specifically to street and temporary food operators, streamlining operations and ensuring product consistency. The project achieved significant success, leading to the establishment of approximately 80 new outlets within three years. My role encompassed the conceptualization, strategic development, and operational oversight of the format, ensuring its scalability and adaptability to various foodservice environments. Montana, part of the Cremonini Group, is renowned for its leadership in beef production and processed meat products across Europe. This collaboration not only highlighted my expertise in developing innovative foodservice concepts but also reinforced Montana’s position in the dynamic market of temporary and mobile dining solutions. Italbaby India: first importer of Childhood items

In 1999, I established Italbaby India Private Limited in New Delhi on behalf of foreign investors, at a time when India had not yet joined the global free market (WTO). This posed significant challenges for international trade, particularly in the importation of finished consumer goods. At that time, importing large quantities of ready-to-sell baby care products—such as strollers, car seats, pacifiers, and feeding bottles—was virtually impossible without incurring exorbitant tariffs, which reached up to 98%. To overcome this restriction, I developed an original and highly adaptive business model that allowed the company to operate efficiently under these constraints. Instead of importing fully assembled products, we imported key components and carried out local assembly, significantly reducing the applicable duties, though they still remained high, averaging around 80%. Given the elevated costs of these products due to import duties, I also pioneered an innovative retail distribution strategy, one that closely resembled modern franchising. This approach enabled Italbaby India to rapidly scale within just two years, establishing a nationwide distribution network, marking the first large-scale introduction of premium Italian baby products in India. The company successfully secured a presence in several key Indian states, bringing high-quality European childcare products to a market that had previously lacked such offerings. This strategic adaptation and rapid success led to significant media recognition, with Italbaby India and my work being featured in two of India’s most influential newspapers, the Hindustan Times and the Times of India, underscoring the impact of this pioneering venture in the Indian retail sector.
