AltroFood is an innovative company specializing in 100% plant-based, gluten-free, and allergen-free products. Their offerings include versatile mixes for creating burgers, meatballs, ragùs, fillings, nuggets, and more, allowing chefs and consumers to customize flavors according to their preferences. 

These products are designed for convenience, requiring only the addition of water and oil to prepare, and boast a long shelf life without the need for refrigeration. 

In my role at AltroFood, I focus on the strategic development of foodservice and retail businesses, emphasizing the optimization of operations, refinement of business models, and the creation of innovative concepts that align with evolving market demands. I collaborate closely with key stakeholders—including investors, franchise developers, and industry leaders—to ensure sustainable growth.
