Taglio was a renowned establishment located at Via Vigevano 10, Milan, operating until 2020. It functioned as a bar, café, kitchen, gastronomy, and emporium, offering a diverse range of services to its patrons.
The venue was celebrated for its unique blend of Italian cuisine with an American flair, providing dishes that resonated with both locals and visitors. One of the highlights frequently mentioned by patrons was their exceptional tiramisu.
In my role, I was responsible for developing a project aimed at expanding the Taglio brand through licensing and franchising. However, the unforeseen COVID-19 pandemic led to government-mandated restaurant closures, which significantly impacted the hospitality industry. Consequently, the owners decided to cease operations and close the restaurant.
