At Gruppo Ethos, a renowned Italian company with over 30 years of experience in the food and beverage sector, I played a pivotal role as an advisor and consultant in developing an entirely new business model dedicated to chain restaurants. Leveraging my expertise, I conceptualized and implemented the creation of a new production-focused division, spearheaded by Gruppo Ethos, aimed at transforming raw ingredients into recipes, finished dishes, and semi-finished products tailored specifically for the needs of chain restaurants.

This initiative was grounded in my vision to industrialize the production processes for the restaurant industry, enabling consistent quality and scalability while optimizing operational efficiency. The project included the design of workflows for transforming raw materials into standardized, high-quality products that cater to the needs of multi-unit operators. My work also focused on ensuring the adaptability of the production model to meet the dynamic demands of the restaurant chains, balancing quality, innovation, and efficiency.
